Welcome to Christ Lutheran!

"Where it feels like family"

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We pray that this message finds you and yours well and staying strong in the Lord.

GREAT NEWS!!  As our county moves to GREEN tomorrow and because worship attendance increased last week, we will WORSHIP IN-PERSON AT ALL THREE OF OUR REGULAR WORSHIP TIMES THIS SUNDAY, MAY 31 – 8:30, 9:45 AND 11!!

On our first three Sundays back everything went very smoothly, those who came followed all the safety guidelines and most importantly – it was a great joy for us to worship together in our church building!

We will also continue the Facebook Live stream as we make this transition.

If you decide to join us in worship via Facebook, we will be Live at 9:45 Sunday morning.  Our worship this week will be contemporary and include the celebration of the Festival of Pentecost with songs, lessons, a sermon, prayers AND Holy Communion.

If you choose, you may participate in Holy Communion at home.  We will again make a communion kit available to you here at church.  They will be available for pickup at the church Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.   A volunteer will be in the parking lot by the office entrance (to your right as you drive toward the church building) to hand you your kit(s) and bulletin(s) through your car window.

I have also attached the bulletin below, just in case you do not get to pick one up.  This will also be available for pick-up or at the in-person services.

Remember — YOU DO NOT NEED A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE!!   ANYONE WITH INTERNET ACCESS CAN GET TO THIS LIVESTREAM from the Christ Lutheran Facebook page (www.facebook.com/christlutheranchurchdubois).

Take care.  If you have any questions, please call the church office Friday.

In Christ, Pastors John and Amy
